Pets are welcome at our log cabins and campground accommodations on the south shore of Lesser Slave Lake. Who can go on vacation without all members of their family? Animals deserve a recreation vacation too!
Please ensure your pet is kept on a leash at all times [that includes the horse who came to visit last year!] Use a pooper scooper or the poop police will be after you! You are responsible for ensuring your pet does not annoy other people in the campsite. Animals must stay at all times with the people they own. For the continuing health of your pet,they cannot be left unattended in either the cabins, your vehicle, or in the campground.
Most people are here for rest and relaxation. So if you have a snake, we might not be truly happy. None of us want the noise pollution from a distressed dog or cat because their owners left them. There are wonderful nature trails that dogs love to take their owners on. Dogs get so excited at sniffing out the squirrel and rabbit trails that are throughout Cattail Cabins & RV Park!
There is a $20 fee per pet for the length of your stay. We appreciate your animals not going on the beds in the cabins. Should the bedding have to be drycleaned due to pet hair, there will be an additional $50 fee charged to your card.
